01How much will the repair cost?
Pick the appliance, its make and whether it’s freestanding or built in, then add your postcode. The labour price shows on screen before we ask who you are. It covers finding the fault and doing the repair. If a part is needed, it’s priced separately and only fitted once you agree.
02Which parts of Nottingham do you cover?
The city centre, the Lace Market and Hockley, out to West Bridgford, Beeston, Wollaton, Arnold, Bulwell, Carlton and Clifton, plus Long Eaton, Keyworth, Cotgrave and Hucknall. Put your full postcode into the quote form and it tells you straight away whether an engineer can come to you.
03Do I need to know what’s wrong with it?
No. Tell us what it’s doing, any error code and when it started. Finding the cause is the engineer’s job, and they test the appliance before recommending anything.
04Is it worth fixing, or should I replace it?
Often a repair is the better value, but not always. If the age, the condition or the cost of parts means a new appliance makes more sense, the engineer will tell you before you spend anything on parts.
05Can you fix built-in appliances?
Yes. Choose the built-in option when you get your price so the quote allows time to take the appliance out and put it back. Leave it in place, and let us know about cabinet doors, kick boards or tiled floors in the way.
06When can an engineer come out?
Pick a preferred day and time when you book. We check the job, the address and which engineer is free, then ring or message you to confirm during opening hours (Mon–Sat 8am–8pm). A same-day or next-day slot depends on who’s nearby.
