About Appliance Repair Nottingham
Local engineers who’ll level with you.
We’re an independent appliance repair service for homes across Nottingham and surrounding towns. We fix washing machines, dishwashers, fridges, ovens, tumble dryers and cookers, and we show you the labour price before you’ve told us who you are.
A broken appliance throws the whole week out.
The washer packs in with a load inside. The fridge goes warm the day after the big shop. The oven dies on a Sunday morning. None of it waits for a good moment, and what you need is someone reliable who turns up, finds the actual problem and sorts it.
That’s the job we set out to do. We keep it local, so an engineer isn’t driving in from miles away, and we keep it simple, so you always know what you’re paying for. Labour is priced before you book. Parts are priced before they’re fitted. And if the appliance has had its day, we’ll say so.
Most broken appliances aren’t finished.
A washing machine with a worn pump or a fridge with a failed fan usually just needs the right part and someone who knows what they’re doing. Fixing what you’ve got saves money, and keeps another appliance out of landfill.
We test before we talk parts
The engineer checks the likely causes and shows you what’s failed before recommending anything.
We look after your home
Floors and worktops protected, and the kitchen left as we found it.
We carry the usual suspects
Vans hold the parts that fail most often, so plenty of jobs are finished on the day.
We know the local homes
Cellar washers, back-kitchen dryers and built-in kitchens: we plan the visit around how yours is set up.
How we work
Four things you can hold us to.
Price before details
Choose the appliance and add your postcode, and the labour price appears. We only ask for a name and number if you book.
A real person confirms
Someone from the local team checks every request and gets in touch to agree the visit.
No part without a yes
If a part’s needed, the engineer explains why and what it costs. Nothing is fitted until you agree.
Honest advice
When a new appliance makes more sense, we say so before you spend more. We’d rather lose a job than oversell one.
